The Happy Homes Animal Shelter interactive mobile piece was conceptualized around the idea of having an app for an animal shelter that would remove some of the hassle involved with meeting an animal of interest.

Icons were used to signify certain elements and features of the app in a way that quickly visualizes a message for the user. For example, if one wants to view the available dogs, they can tap on the dog icon as simple as that.

This app brought a cohesive design to an industry that is generally not the most accessible to the user.
